Hello and thank you for your business. Our current fill turnaround time is now 2 – 3 Business days and refunds processing is subject to 14 – 21 calendar days.
As of 10-28-2026 we no longer issue returns or refunds on VG or below graded records
Please Read this to its entirety for this disclosure and policy solves a great deal and most of your concerns prior purchase.
Our terminology
“Unplayed” = Means record looks unused new or NM+ condition
WOL = writing on label
WOC = writing on cover
SOC = Sticker on cover
SOL = Sticker on label
WDL= Water damaged Label
WDC = Water damaged Cover
WF = Warp Fix (Fix Record via vinyl flattener) requires additional time to fix w/ possible delay
DJ copy = means higher usage vinyl / acquired via a DJ Collection wholesale purchase and, sometimes has WOL, WOC, SOL, SOC without actually specifying it
If you are in the United States and not completely satisfied you have 5 business days to notify us and, We are here to assure you that we will take care of everything for you so no worries and just message us and provide the tracking info for your return and we will take care of everything for you and promptly refund you upon return receipt.
Please, however, read the rest of the policy below because we want to make sure that we receive the merchandise back the same way it was shipped to you and you should by all means insure the items on the way back.

For the United 50 States Excluding Virgin Islands and PR (Puerto Rico) Maximum Order is 6 records per box…
If you are Outside of United states in the event of (International Sale) and your order is more than 5 records you must reach out first to confirm a quote for shipping.
PR / US Virgin Islands and International Shipping is $39.99 for the first record and $9 per additional record. All international Sales are final and AS – IS with no returns or refunds.
All international Buyers are responsible for all their own shipping charges including insurance and, if you do not pay or request insurance none will be provided to you for free and you agree to assume all risks and release us from any shipping carrier negligence or liability.
Again please ********NOTE************ to both US and NON-US buyers!!! WE DO not purchase insurance on your behalf.
If you want insurance, you must CONTACT US Prior Purchase and request and or pay for it extra. In the event of approved returns and or exceptions being made for an international Return you must insure the package / item for full value. If your international or local return received back damaged and it is not insured as stipulated herein, you agree that we may cancel your refund and withhold all funds.
If you are in the United States (PR / VI) Puerto or Rico Virgin Islands and shipping the record back you are responsible and required to purchase insurance / insuring the item at your own expense.
If we receive the item in condition other than what was shipped to you and or if it is damaged on return way back and not insured, we reserve all rights to withhold all or part of your refund as seem fit.
Please note if you are buying expensive records it is a good practice to purchase or request insurance to cover the risk of it being damaged.
